Executive Chef Dean Dupuis
Chef Dean Dupuis is a prize-winning top chef, most recently winning the 2011 Garlic Showdown at the Garlic Festival hosted by Top Chef Angelo Sosa. Dupuis specializes in Southern cuisine and came to Pican in Oakland from Atlanta. He also uses his culinary talents to support the renewal of New Orleans fishing industry as featured in the Food Network's My Life in Food.
